Blockshop : Repair & Test Service for all makes of Chain Blocks (powered & manual), Tirfors, Winches, Lever Hoists, Sheave Blocks, Crane Return Blocks, Swivels, Hydraulic Jacks, Pumps & Cylinders.

Rigging Shop : Manufacture of mechanically spliced Wire Rope or Multi-Leg Assemblies (range 3mm up to 52mm dia) carried out on our 1000 Ton & two 300 Ton Hydraulic Presses. Stainless Steel Yacht Rigging and Hand Splicing also available.

Webbing Shop : Manufacture of Polyester Webbing Slings to order, standard width 25mm up to 300mm in 1/ply or 2/ply thickness giving SWL range 500kg up to 12000kg. Special Pipe Lifting Slings, Ditching Belts, Slab Slings & Boat Handling Slings also available up to 1200mm width. Webbing Ratchet Load Lashing made to order in 25mm, 50mm & 75mm widths.

Machine Shop : Centre Lathe Turning (max 1.5mtr swing), Milling, Shaping, Drilling (3" dia max), Boring & Threading.

Fabrication Shop : Design & Manufacture of Overhead Cranes, Gantries & Structures, Mechanical Handling Equipment, Lifting Beams, Swing Jib Cranes, General Engineering, Steel Fabrication (115 t capacity wide throat Steelworker) Profiling, Arc, Gas & Mig Welding.

Testing Facilities : 100 Ton (18mtr) & 30 Ton (6mtr) Tensile Testing Machines. 250 tonne Jack Test Rig, 200 tonne capacity Vertical Test Tower with 15mtr long x 4mtr wide ISO Ground Jig. Chain Block Test Rig. Dead Weights Load Test Facilities and Load Cells up to 500 tonne.
